Spice is the dry part of a plant containing aromatic and spicy substances. Spices offer special flavors and enrich the flavor of the food, that’s why we found them in almost every recipe. Many of them have antioxidant and antimicrobial properties that are beneficial to human health and replace the various preservatives that in many cases damage our health.
