Salts & Salt Mixes

Salt is the chemical compound of chlorine and sodium that forms sodium chloride (NaCl) which is colorless in crystalline form and is taken from the sea in salt pits or from the earth in salt mines. Its white color is due to its granular structure, while other shades are derived from impurities with seaweeds, fossil residue and various minerals, including calcium sulphate and magnesium.
